Psst...I am going to tell you the dirty little secret of this course - you have to learn the math to pass the exam but you will never...and I do mean never...use the math with clients when you are selling real estate. The calculator you will use to do the test questions is over thirty years old in technology!! The questions you are asked to solve on the exam, you will never be asked by a client.
The most math you will ever do with your client is popping open a mortgage calculator on a banking app and figuring out payments for purchase prices (that is simply entering two or three numbers into the app and out pops the results).
The math is very difficult to understand if you follow the course material. I am not sure why they made it so tricky when there is a much simplier way of doing it. That is what I teach - a much simplier process and the right answer every time!!
And if you are thinking, "I barely passed math in high school twenty years ago" don't worry, I've got you covered. I have taught this math with success to everyone from farmers to nurses to single moms that didn't even finish high school.
The secret is REPETITION! Doing the questions over and over until it sticks...and it will!
